Lazaro Iglesias is a renaissance artist, meaning there are multiple facets to his talent. His photographs are emotional and compelling. His art pieces speak with an inner voice and his greeting cards are hand crafted for beauty and inspiration. You can find Lazaro on Facebook as La Vie Boheme.

"I’m a Cuban self taught Photographer-Mixed Media and Collage artist. I also design one of a kind Shrines and Milagros. The arts have always been in my bloodline. Ever since I was young, I’ve always had a camera with me or I was painting. In my 20's I had a job that required traveling so I would ask my best friend to let me borrow her camera. One Christmas to my surprise, their it was a beautiful amazing Nikon with everything imaginable and that started my photography journey. When I moved to New York in the mid 90’s I became a Fashion and Still Life stylist and after that my love for photography grew even more. I love to photograph whatever my mind thinks its an interesting subject. From abandon buildings, rusted metal, flowers, graffiti, and etc. I love photographing simple images that make viewers think twice about the subject. After working in the retail world for over 25 years as a Visual Manager and Director I decided to leave that journey behind and start a brand new one with my photography and art. My art represents many Spiritual journeys that connects with each one of us. I believe art is all about a personal connection between the viewer and the piece"

Lazaro Iglesias

“Search for the moment that captures something beautiful. Because LIFE is a photograph you don’t take for granted”.
